Colors of Fall

Recently I took a trip with my two little ones out to the countryside to capture the beautiful fall foliage. The weather was beautiful (clear blue skies , 70 degrees...a perfect day indeed)

Fall is one of my favorite seasons for many reasons...


Crisp fall air.
Fall colors.
The harvest season.
Keeping warm inside.
Reading books on cold fall days.
Drinking hot chocolate or tea.
Hearing the crunch of leaves under my feet.
Thanksgiving
Playing in the leaves (yes I did this with my kids!)
Pumpkin Patches
Hayrides
Cornmazes

I love summer and being outside in the warmth but I love fall and winter as well. I love curling up with a good book, favorite movie, playing board games, crafting, etc. I don't think I could live anywhere without four seasons. :-)

Baby Pollyanna 08-14-11

A friend of mine from church recently gave birth to a beautiful little girl named Pollyanna! I was so excited to meet her and even more excited that I was photographing her newborn session! She was such a sweet baby and so pleasant to work with. I had so much fun spending time with her and her family. Her mother was kind enough to let me share a few of her pictures. Angela and Maurice's Wedding 08-06-11

Another wonderful couple who allowed me to take part in their wedding day were Angela and Maurice. Their love for God overflows into their relationship with each other and reflects in relationships with their family and friends as well. They are a couple full of kindness and it was a wonderful day spent celebrating such a special event! Here are some of my favorite shots....enjoy:

Phat & Jenny's Wedding 07-30-11

I had the pleasure of photographing Phat & Jenny's wedding on 07-30-11. Jenny was a graceful and elegant bride. Phat was handsome and full of energy; he could have been his own DJ, and was quite entertaining.

It's was a joy to work with them and be a part of their big day just as it is with all my wedding clients.
