Thank you for stopping by! My love for photography peaked when I became a mom for the first time. I now laugh looking back at the times when I would capture five or six different images of my oldest son drooling or making a "cute" baby face! I was determined to freeze those fleeting moments in time through use of photography so I could enjoy them for years to come. As I continued to capture these moments in the lives of my family, my creativity began to show through and those viewing my work suggested I further this hobby into a career. After further educating myself, and much more field experience I was able to do just that.
In meeting and talking with each client I am able to develop a sense of your personality and bring that into the photographs I capture. By hiring a professional photographer, you are taking the necessary steps to ensure these priceless moments will continue on with you throughout your life outside a mental image. My photography style includes a mix of photojournalistic shots as well as traditional posed compositions.
As for a background on who I am...I am married to a wonderful man. We have four beautiful children together ranging from 6 years old to 19 months old. My full time job carries the title "Mommy." I am active in our church and enjoy serving God through using my gifts and abilities as a photographer and graphic designer. I credit God with my creative talents and feel blessed He has provided an opportunity for me to use these gifts through a job I love. In the little free time I do have, I enjoy anything that is hands on and creative. Beyond photography I enjoy painting, writing poetry and short stories, crocheting, sewing, drawing, gardening, and singing.
